The ITT went as expected for me; a mid field result as usual in an ITT. It could have been worse given my interrupted training during the past six weeks. I’m feeling ok ahead of tomorrow’s stage.
It’s nearly unbelievable to see Cervelo take the first 3 places plus 5th, 6th and 11th….. That is impressive!! I’m not sure if that has ever been done before?
Even with an upper hand, I’m sure we will see Cervelo be the aggressors tomorrow, they have the strength to blow the bunch to bits- and they will.
No matter what, I will suffer tomorrow. I am not near my best; it will take me a few more weeks to reach a competitive level again.

Our best placed Lotto rider was Cathy Delfosse in 25th position. We’re hoping for a podium tomorrow!
